1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products (such as sanitary pads), Veeni Care does not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered — unless the product was:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective or expired (in rare cases)

2. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product packaging was damaged or tampered with on delivery.
  • The product is defective or not usable due to a quality issue.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved return requests and in the following cases:

  • Product not delivered.
  • Order cancelled before shipment.
  • Verified damage, defect, or wrong product sent.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, contact us immediately with your order ID.

6. Shipping Costs

If your return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover any return shipping
costs.

Returns for any other reason are not eligible.
